Johana Cadavid - Associate Consultant
Johana is a passionate woman. She is passionate about learning and exploring new perspectives. Her master’s in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University, and her expertise in organizational and personal development have given her the skills and know-how to implement collaborative processes with our clients, engaging people in more dynamic, creative, and participatory environments.
She has been working with The Pillars in the design, facilitation, and implementation of change at the individual and team levels. She has helped our team to structure the work, define priorities, and focus the energy on things that we feel passionate about.
Johana enjoys working with people from different cultures and backgrounds. She has worked with a variety of entrepreneurs in Colombia helping them to define their business model and strategies.
She also worked in China designing experiential learning courses in high schools and facilitating business relationships between Chinese and Colombian investors.
Johana is fluent in English, French, and Chinese, and her mother tongue is Spanish. She aspires to extend our knowledge and expertise in organizational effectiveness to Latin America.
