Change Leadership Coaching and Consulting

These unprecedented times are calling on leaders to not only adapt and pivot; it is also requiring us to lead with humanity and care. Leaders are faced with situations that they have never before confronted and this can feel daunting and difficult.   • Process: Via a bank of hours (10, 20, 30) you will have access to a seasoned change professional to sound board, reflect upon and strategize your next steps.
  • Outcome: Accelerated decision making and access to cutting edge resources provided by experienced change professionals.

Well Being Forums

'Recognizing and addressing the core human emotions of grief, loss, and anxiety in the workplace is a chance to rebuild organizational health, productivity, and talent retention. It provides a historic opportunity to overcome the stigma of mental and emotional health as taboo topics for workplace discussion, especially the feelings of isolation and shame that are attached to job losses and other employment casualties.' 


Process: Three 90 minute facilitated forums of up to 25 people to address the emotional impact of this pandemic. 


Outcome: This process will allow people to be able to set the path forward to create a healthy and optimal culture for accelerated reinvention. 


At the end of the 3 sessions you will receive a report that captures learnings gained over the last few months with recommendations for what is needed to sustain a healthy environment moving forward.

Organizational Reinvention

Process: Three 90 minute facilitated sessions with up to 50 people. 


Sessions 1&2: Discover what has worked well, what was learned, what has served us well, what we need to let go, etc.


Session 3: Design a path forward to accelerate reinvention.
