Our six month program is focused on guiding your managers by maximizing their strengths and prioritizing on areas of development. 

HOW
The Pillars uses a three phased approach which includes assessments, a benchmark, a development plan, a triad with your supervisor to ensure alignment with the objectives. Your coachee chooses their coach and takes responsibility for their own development. We complete the program with sustainable actions that will help the coachee continue the development path.
