Leadership Development

Leadership development is a strength at The Pillars, and we can bring you and your managers to a higher, more fulfilling ability - more engaged, more authentic, more effective.

And the reason is simple: your people deserve it. Your company requires it.

A series of 14 cross-industry studies conducted by Wilson Learning Worldwide found clear results:
  • Your managers and leaders have the major impact on the fulfillment of your employees and, consequently, on how well they perform: on average, about 70% of your employee fulfillment is tied to the behaviors and practices of your company leaders. When your employee fulfillment is high, so is their performance.
  • All 14 studies showed a significant relationship between your employee fulfillment and work unit performance: 39% of your bottom-line performance can be attributed to your employee fulfillment.
What this means: a full quarter (39% of 70%) of your bottom-line results are directly related to your leader’s behaviors and practices.

Can you afford to not pay attention to your organization’s leadership development? In this extraordinary and often volatile world, there is a true, powerful purpose in developing leadership.

The Pillars Leadership Development Program

Build Phase:
The Pillars do a thorough analysis of the needs of the learner and the purpose of the development intended. We gather information about the person’s learning style, development needs and organizational needs. We determine what is needed as an outcome.

Design Phase:
Taking all the information gathered in the build phase we design a program/course/session that aligns with the needs and objectives of the learner. Using the information gathered we design to meet the learner’s needs.

Delivery Phase:
Given the person’s learning style, stated objectives and outcomes we deliver the development in the method (s) that are best suited to the purpose. This can include instructor led, self-study, e-learning, peer learning models and/or a combination of blended learning methods.
