The Pillars and Bell have been partnering on a Change Leadership program during the past two years. This large-scale learning program developed by the Network Learning and Development team includes Leading and Managing Change sessions offered by the Pillars. The roll-out of the program is being completed in phases, targeting people leaders within the transformational initiative.
Since its launch in September 2015, over 1050 management team members from across the Bell organization, including close to 500 VPs, Directors and Senior Managers have completed the Leading and Managing Change course.
