This refers to the organization’s leadership capacity and capability to lead and sustain the organizational transformation. A successful organizational change requires strong, active and visible leadership. The leaders need to be able to not only talk the talk, but walk the walk. However, in reality not all organizations inherently have leaders who have the capacity to lead the change. We help leaders to help themselves and others through the transition; self reflect on personal challenges; and work through resistances that naturally emerge in people.
