Anne Pertus is the
co-founder of The Pillars a Montreal based management consulting firm which specializes in
organizational development; specifically in the development of human capital, talent management,
change management and organizational learning.
Anne Pertus is an
expert at strategically matching the right people to the right job, and ensuring their professional
success. A fluently bilingual, certified trainer and experienced coach in team communication and
leadership, she also helps managers and teams open up the lines of communication, improving
productivity. Certified in several psychometric tools, Anne identifies talents, evaluates behaviors
and abilities and develops staff in building on their strengths. Anne leverages your talent’s
potential. She assists with the strategic planning process and facilitates action-oriented
implementation workshops to ensure the success of your strategic goals.
Anne is leading the
Community of Practice for Succession Planning for the RCMQ (Réseau des conseillers en management du
Québec), an ICF (International Coaching Federation) qualified coach, Anne holds a Bachelor of
Business Administration from Bishop’s University.
She has over 20 years of experience
with national and international companies such as Dun & Bradstreet, Motorola Canada Inc.,
London Life, Dale Carnegie Training, Kelly Services and Option 10/10. She was with the Group
Lecavalier for 7 years as an Executive Search associate prior to starting her own
business.

Change Management

As a facilitator and agent of
change, Caroline designs, develops and implements change strategies that are successful the
first time around. Caroline believes that successful change in organizations is largely based
on the ability to understand the human and organizational dynamics that encompass the
organization. Being able to adapt and thrive in times of change is no longer an option
but a key need in today’s world. Organizational Success is built on agility and the ability
to stay ahead of the crowd. In order to be nimble organizations must embrace change and do so
in proactive ways.
Caroline holds a BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Human Systems Intervention. She has
been working in the field of community and organizational development since 1991. Her work has
included large-scale change interventions, group facilitation, change management, strategic
planning, group development, team building and evaluation process development. Caroline has worked
in the Public, Para-public, Private and Community-based sectors. In 2002, Caroline started teaching
part-time at ConcordiaUniversity in the Faculty of Applied Human Sciences.
Caroline has trained with Merrelyn Emery (Search Conferences), Edie Seashore (Use of self
as an agent of change and Communication and Feedback), Gervase Busch (Appreciative Inquiry), Diana
Whitney (Appreciative Inquiry), Kathy Dannemiller (Whole Scale change), among others.

by formal qualifications from Corporate Coach University's Advanced Corporate Coaching Program
(http://www.coachinc.com/CCU), a bachelor's degree from Concordia University's prestigious
Communication Studies Program and formal studies at McGill University in the fields of marketing
and public relations. She is a member if the International Coach Federation
